I don’t post too often about clients that purchase a home but I thought I would share the story of Bryan and Michele.   I first met them while they were in high school and students in my business class.  A few years later I bumped into them in Long Beach and they told me they just purchased a home.  They needed to sell that home and move to Oregon so I helped them sell their home in Long Beach.  A couple years later, they were moving back to the area and wanted to purchase a Duplex. I helped them buy a positive cash flow duplex in Long Beach.  A few months after that, they wanted to purchase a Single Family home in Downey.  We just closed escrow this week.  Bryan and Michele are only 30 years old and own two properties with ambition to own more.  I am very happy to see that they started saving money early and were attentive in class to see that there is great wealth in owning property.  I am very proud of this young couple and feel honored to be their real estate agent.
