Thank you for visiting my page. I have been in Real Estate for the last 14 years and have closed transactions in real estate in Long Beach, Whittier, Norwalk, Monrovia, Downey, and plenty more.  I started in Real Estate because I have purchased a few homes and I was never happy with the service of the Realtor. I felt that I could take care of my clients and all their Real Estate needs. Once I started it just grew and grew. People were happy with my hard work, dedication, and most importantly, my honesty. I grew up in Pico Rivera so I am very familiar with real estate in Long Beach and real estate in Downey as well as other Los Angeles County properties. I was a NCAA Division 1 swimmer and I truly believe that hard work has helped me to succeed in Real Estate. I would like my clients to feel that they can contact me with questions or concerns and that I will do my best to answer them.  My best character trait is my honesty. If a client asks for my opinion then I will give it to them.  I will also point out things that should be considered to my clients when they are considering purchasing or selling a home. I am always looking out for their best interest and not looking to just close a transaction.  After college, I started in the sport of Triathlon. I have completed a few Ironman Triathlons but really enjoy the sprints.  I am lucky enough to have 3 kids and my oldest son is competing as well and will be swimming at UNLV.  He is a really fast swimmer and won his last triathlon in Newport Beach.  I have an AMAZING wife that is very supportive of real estate. I feel that my lifestyle really does play an important role in my Real Estate.  We go to Huntington Beach a lot in the summer just to sit on the beach and ride some waves.  Thanks for reading and I look forward to helping you purchase or sell a home.
