    • Sal was very helpful when I purchased my home. I was new to the area and he helped me decide what neighborhood and schools would be the best for me. He was very knowledgeable about the comps in the neighborhood. He gave me suggestions for loan processors in the area. After I found the home I wanted to bid on, Sal was very helpful in the negotiation process. He was willing to answer all of my questions and was very easy to contact. The home inspector that Sal brought in was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. Sal made purchasing a home easy and took a lot of the stress out of the process. I would highly recommend Sal as a realtor.

    • Where to begin… My fiancee and I were first time home buyers, and as many know that can be a scary thing. Regardless, Sal was everything my fiancee and I could have ever expected from a real estate agent. He made the entire process very reassuring and provided excellent services. He was very courteous to our home buying needs. Sal was also honest in answering any questions my fiancee and I had about any particular aspect of the home buying process. He always made himself available to us regardless of what time of day, and was always prompt in responding to any emails or texts. Not once did we feel pressured or rushed to make a purchase, he truly cares about the buyer’s needs. We could not have asked for a better agent. His integrity as a real estate agent cannot be questioned. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home, whether its your first home or not.

    • Sal was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing! He facilitated a very comfortable environment which allowed me to freely express my concerns, opinions, and feelings regarding the entire home buying process. He was always positive and motivating, which became necessary and very much appreciated throughout this process. He set up a portal that automatically filtered through homes based off of my criteria (location, bedrooms/bathrooms, garage, sq ft etc). And it helped facilitate a less stressful searching process. He was always available to answer questions that I had and was very prompt when making home visit appointments. Sal was very strategic when helping me put in offers on homes, by utilizing his best resources and helping me save as much money as possible. He was always willing to negotiate in my favor and made me feel very secure with the home buying process. I would definitely recommend Sal to anyone who is looking to purchase a home!

    • The agent was great with us, he was very patient. I like the fact that he never pushed us to make a purchase, he helped me with the entire process, he is a very good guy, always available any time of the day and answered all of the questions we had. He was extremely knowledgeable of the market and very business savvy. I would recommend this agent to everyone and anyone who is interested in buying especially first time buyers, because he walks you through the entire process its as if you have someone guiding you the entire time

    • I could not have asked for a better agent. Sal was my teacher in high school and I decided to go with someone I was already comfortable with when it was time to sell my home in Long Beach. I contacted him and he set up a time to stop by the next day. Within the next couple of days the listing was up and it was gaining a lot of attention. Within 2 weeks my house was sold over asking price! Sal is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and will not just tell you what you want to hear. I really feel like he is not just trying to ‘get paid’, he is trying to build a solid reputation. He’s the only agent I would recommend.
